OpenClaw is one of the fastest-growing open-source personal AI assistants on GitHub. Once connected to Feishu, it can help with calendars, email, and other day-to-day tasks.
This used to require remote support for each install. Now we built AIMA-Service, and one command is enough to let AI handle the installation automatically on your machine.
Prepare Two Things First
1. Put a model API key on your desktop
Use any model API key you already have. DeepSeek, OpenAI, Anthropic, and MiniMax all work. It must be a paid key or an active plan, otherwise the install can fail halfway through.
If you do not know what to buy yet, MiniMax is a low-cost way to start. I have a referral code here so you can explore at the lowest possible cost.
Save the key in a text file named api-key on your desktop. AI will read it from there during installation.
2. Prepare a Feishu account
You need a Feishu account with permission to create an app.
During installation you only need to scan the Feishu login QR code and give your OpenClaw assistant a name.
Start Installation
Open the right terminal for your operating system and run the matching command:
Mac / Linux
Open Terminal. If you are not sure where it is:
macOS: Applications > Utilities > Terminal
Linux: search for Terminal in the app launcher
Then paste this command and press Enter:

Open PowerShell. If you are not sure where it is:
Windows 11: right-click Start and open Terminal or Windows PowerShell, or search for PowerShell from the Start menu
Windows 10: Start Menu > Windows PowerShell, or search for PowerShell from the Start menu
Then paste this command and press Enter:

Once the script starts, do the following:
- The script will automatically detect your system environment
- Enter the invite code:
askforhelp-chiruojing - Enter
1to choose “Install OpenClaw + connect model and Feishu” - AI will then take over and complete the installation and configuration
AI may ask you a few questions during the flow, such as naming your OpenClaw assistant or scanning the Feishu login QR code. Everything else is automated.
Time
Usually 10-15 minutes.
What Happens Next
- You open Terminal and run the matching command
- The script checks your environment and prompts for the invite code
- AI installs OpenClaw, connects your model, and wires up Feishu
- You only answer a few prompts, and the rest runs automatically
